Isn't iskender kebab supposed to be the original way a kebab is meant to be served? That's all too nicely presented, who ever uses 2 plates for a takeaway?

I ate it in the take away and it's on two plates because after you put the half pint of melted butter sauce on it (that's the dirty bit, major calories) you have to put it under the grill so the top plate is mega hot
