My (new) local Chinese does a mini munchie box type starter that's really good as a side dish, 4 Mini Rolls, 2 Wantons, 4 Prawn Toast, 2 Curry Trigons, 2 Barbecue Ribs with Sweet & Sour Sauce and all for £5.
A trigon? is that what they are calling chinese samosas now?Mixed kebab in nan bread with mint yogurt tonight.
I had a hell of a night yesterday not getting back until 2pm today so now I'm up and about with a few more beers I need a curry
Incoming from an old favourite Indian of mine ( not yet posted from this one)
Tandoori mixed main
Special balti
Cheese naan
Keema rice
Saag paneer side
Obviously it will have papadoms, salad and sauce too. Pics in an hour

The last few I have had,
Kiev pizza and kebab could not eat it all so was shared between three people.
Ordered a extra large kebab tonight from somewhere I would not normally go, its described as a meal for one person that is hungry. Crikey there was way too much meat, they also forgot to include my salad.
Shared it out again as no way I could of ate it all

Eski that looks disgustingly delish!
regarding macca's, they are never gonna compete with byrons imo, just haven't got the same quality nor the time to prepare it as well. yes i like byrons, probably a little too much... those courgette fries are amazing!
The courgette fries are absolutely disgusting (in my opinion). Either I had a really bad serving or they are just generally watery and quite tasteless. regarding macca's, they are never gonna compete with byrons imo, just haven't got the same quality nor the time to prepare it as well. yes i like byrons, probably a little too much... those courgette fries are amazing!
If you want "healthy" then go for sweet potato fries.

On a late shift today, midday to 8pm.
Lunch was meat samosas and onion bhajis brought in by my colleague from the place he goes to locally (he's Pakistani and won't eat rubbish stuff, so always guaranteed to be good when he does the "shopping"). Forgot to take photos, sorry.
Dinner (or more correctly "tea" as I'm a filthy northerner) was a double Kobeda kebab. My baton is 21" when extended (each section is 7"). It was freakin' awesome.
Where I live kebabs are a disgrace compared to that! All served on dry pitta breads that resemble card board... Enough is enough. I took matters in to my own hands last night and showed the owner of a new kebab shop in town your picture stating that all kebabs should look like this...Lunch was meat samosas and onion bhajis brought in by my colleague from the place he goes to locally (he's Pakistani and won't eat rubbish stuff, so always guaranteed to be good when he does the "shopping"). Behold the only "proper" kebab from my town...
Not officially on the menu but can be made to order when I ask for it.
It was divine.

And this is a perfect example of why this particular topic just keeps on giving, bravo.<SNIP>
Perhaps we need to nominate a "poster meal" for each type of takeaway and then campaign in our local areas?

We'd never agree!! If anyone campaigned chips with their Indian for example, I'd have to call the police! Perhaps we need to nominate a "poster meal" for each type of takeaway and then campaign in our local areas?
