Nope, but it looks great. Next year maybe. Slow cooked Beef Fore-Rib with Sailor Jerry BBQ sauce sounds amazing!

I was there on Saturday, really good food. Glad we braved the long queue for the Beau Myers burger and was impressed with everything I tried. Other than that long queue it didn't feel rushed or over crowded. Really nice atmosphere, I felt they could have put a few more seats out at the outside bar area, but wasn't much of an issue. Got nicely sloshed too on all day beer. We stayed over in London and went to see the tall ships on Sunday. I guess we left about 7pm and they were still waiting to serve up the ox spit roast, really wanted to try some of that.

The ox was incredible. How that cooked it like that with perfection is an achievement in itself. It tasted superb as did the freshly grated horseradish. I'll whack some pics up.

Went for the Saturday last year and absolutely loved it, so this year we're going for both days. I was ready and waiting at 9am, no way was I going to miss the early bird tickets.

Is it worth buying a bundle ticket rather than standard entry?

Do you get some free crowns with the bundle? Remember you can buy more crowns when you are there.

Annoyed I missed this years. Rarely in London but happened to be in town with the kids for a few days. Golden opportunity missed frown Instead while the girls were shopping I had to endure a tour of Stamford Bridge with mini-me. I'm not a footie fan.

£31.80, or £79.50 including 6 meat bucks and 4 drinks. No idea what a meat buck is or how expensive drinks are inside!

1meat buck is 5quid. I think most things (if now all food) is 1 meat buck.

So that bundle would be entrance... 6 dishes and 4 drinks.

This sounds epic - I hope to make it back to the UK for it!

From the FAQ:
"Will there be any vegetarian dishes? Um… no."

Cheers Rich, so the bundle basically give you 4 drinks vouchers at £4.43 each. I'm guessing that means drinks are also about a fiver each inside!
