We're ordering a Chinese takeaway. So, PHers, what is char sui?

For example:
Char Sui Foo Yung
Char Sui Chow Mein
Char Sui Chop Suey
Char Sui Fried Rice

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Peter

Barbeque pork, I believe it's honey and soy sauce. Really nice.

All natural? Since it's acceptable to racially stereotype Asians, they don't tend to be overly blessed that way.

I wasn't trying to stereotype anyone, but she does seem to be on the larger side of your average binned. This brings with it certain merits.

Char Sui Foo Yung was okay; though, not my favourite dish. I think I'll choose something different next time that might allow me to taste the char sui better.

Thanks for the help!

Just spoken to my friend in Hong Kong. Apparently it's horse flavoured dog meat in dolphin sauce.

Bon appetite
