A sad day for all those who loved reading his guides. Though I never did, I always remember seeing him reviewing Heathrow Airports restaurants on the BBC1 program 'Airport'. I particulary remember him asking for a knife and fork while eating at McDonalds! Seems wherever he ate he liked to keep his standards high.

RIP.
