Very difficult to choose.
But its Cotty for me, -like the idea of splitting the naans and shoving lots of spiced lamb in them.
I went for yours. Thats a very expensive cut of lamb and not something I would cook at home and it looks cooked to perfection. But its Cotty for me, -like the idea of splitting the naans and shoving lots of spiced lamb in them.
No great art to it though.
Splodge together a big handful of chopped rosemary/parsley/mint, lug of olive oil, some breadcrumbs and some mustard. Press it onto the fleshy side after making a few slashes through the fat. Into the fridge for a couple of hours, the bung it in the oven at 200 deg C for 20ish mins, rest and serve.
And that 6 rib rack (having made a classy and suave dig about in the bin for the receipt) cost me £4.85. Comfortably enough for 2.
ETA -and garlic -in the herb mix. Just remembered.

Thanks to all who voted for me.
The plate of food in the photo was eaten by my brother-in-law, (a similar one was eaten by me) and I'm happy to confirm that the consensus was it was a tasty dish.
Even more thanks go to the others who took part. Vanessa B, TomE, Cotty and Bob the Planner. -I feel a bit for Bob given the fact that decent home-made curries like his taste great -and yet the voting populous couldn't taste it to give it the votes it probably deserved.
Cotty, -a worthy opponent, nip and tuck during the week, -good dish.
Vanessa/Tom -I'm having a barbecue tomorrow, I wish I had your burgers on my grill...
-A pause whilst I think -and then the next ingredient(s) will be announced.
