Chicken Tikka Chilli

Yesterday morning I lifted two bags of what I thought were home made frozen chilli from the freezer, got home last night to find the wife has got the contents of both bags bubbling away on the stove, I say "I thought we where having chilli tonight that smells like chicken tikka masala", the wife says "I thought it smelled a bit strange", on further inspection we have cooking in the same pan one lot of chicken tikka masala and one lot of chilli, surprisingly it was very nice with a bit of rice.

Anyone else eaten surprisingly tasty cooking accidents?

And a note to myself - always write the contents onto freezer bags.
