So with my mrs up north for the week with the kids, my buddy Asif and I decided to attempt to make some monster burgers, below are the results:

The 10inch patty contained, diced fresh and bottled jalapenos, diced half onion, ground up nacho chips:

Both patties cooking away on the bbq, skewered for stability:

Turning them required some innovation:

The first burger was smothered in a cream cheese and diced jalapeno mix topped with salsa sat on 2 extra large baps:

The second was topped with sliced cheese, pickles, and a relish made of diced onion, jalapenos, mayo, bbq sauce, sweet chilli, resting on 4 baps:

Covered burger:

Add in some chicken thighs, bbq'd garlic bread, some slaw and some beetroot:

But did you finish it?
Hell no frown I managed 2 chicken thighs half the cream cheese and jalapeno burger and a quater of the relish burger, the rest was eaten the following day.

Only dissapointment was they appear to have cut up the burgers to eat them.
Sadly they had to be seperated as we had no enormous breads with which to contain the meaty goodness, however next time out we will endeavour to find a very large bun.
