Sweet baby Jesus, I'd forgotten about that. It was a time when his ego was just a tinge on the large side. I worked in a pizza place where the boss thought it was an ok record and played at least once a night.

Brucie now keeps his music to himself these days. Thank the Lord.

I did not say I liked them.

I was simply calibrating my own patience quota!

So why do you own albums by bands you do not like?

Probably, but then I own an album by Alison Moyet. In my defence it's used as a drinks coaster, but it is in my posession none-the-less.

It's a kind of test.

Oh and I am a bit Autistic. I go into record shops and buy a stack of CDs that look good. Or sometimes..... to simply fill the alphabetical gaps in my CD collection.

Now that's a good excuse. So good in fact that I shall nick it and confess to something by ABC. (something so memorable that I can't remember the name of the song)

Forgive me Mother for I have sinned.

Last night I did consume alchohol and after which I did log into iTunes and I did make my way to the section in the store known as 'Hair Metal'.

Whereupon I did purchase many tracks by the band known as Bon Jovi whose twonkishness is supassed only by their hairdos. Thereafter I did also purchase tracks by the marginally-less-twonkish Whitesnake before slightly redeeming myself with some Van Halen (Diamond Dave is God btw).

What must I do to redeem myself ?

I used to love 'Don't Pay The Ferryman' by Chris de Burgh.

I was in my early 20's I think, and did the whole Alan Partridge drumming and everything. Perfect with a bottle of Blue Nun.

Oh God, how I must have sinned.
