Just sorting travel arrangements to the GP over the weekend and one of the guys said he had heard that the circuit was dry which might change some plans.

Can anyone who's confirm either way?

Was it busy?
amazingly, no
i've seen more people at a Classic Le Mans !

it's just that the 'helpers' and i use that word loosely
had no fking clue as to where anything was
not even the pit lane !

we were ushered through a door, and then down some steps, and down a long corridor
and at the end was the bloody exit leading back through the same security scanners that we'd just been through !

oh, and the security scanners - what a waste of time
i carried my rucksack in, the guy opened it and saw a camera and said 'ok'. Didn't bother with the other 3 compartments
and he then patted me down, i had lots of bulges - didn't even bother to ask what they were

they're either not going to bother tomorrow - or people will still be trying to get onto the circuit at 5pm !
Maybe he was just keen to avoid your bulges...

I was at the Beyonce concert last night after we picked up some last minute freebie tickets - booze was available and not esp expensive (when you're used to paying 5/6 quid a pint!) but the queues were ridiculous.

The woman at the front kept asking people if their drinks were cold enough and if they weren't she'd wander off and find some new ones...1, 2, 3, 4.......10.

Not a massive fan of Beyonce but man is she hot!
