For 35 quid should save me some hassle.

anybody got any experience with loading a FF in a lwb transit ? I'm possibly looking to get a 330/350 LWB Transit rather than using a trailer. But the Load Width Max is 1782mm while my RF99 is slightly over 1800 with its race tyres. Is the solution flat wood wheels ? Also how would it be for loading ? Very long ramps ?
good stuff Barry, anti roll bars are also imperial.
Race report yeh, qualified 10th, finished 10th in race 1 and finished 7th in race 2. Qualy was wet, race 1 was dry-ish and race 2 was dry. Had a great wee battle with Neil B for 6th in the 2nd race that I lost as i messed up my gears out the hairpin. Early days, happy to of brought the car home judging by the conditions ( and my lack of experience ). Onwards and upwards, really looking forward to the next race weekend. As usual, need to thanks the marshals, fans and everybody else involved for coming and supporting us.

Thats my first season of FF1600 finished, chassis is now stripped and ready for some winter rebuild.
For those looking to get into FF, costs of 20k per season are not an exaggeration, specially when you blow an engine and have a shunt where you do a corner.
Finished 9th in the Scottish Championship btw, so will take that for a first season of motorsport.
