I have a prize of unimaginable value that I've been meaning to give away for some time.

Perhaps we should have some kinda competition at the FOD that we can all judge and present the winner with a prize.

Any ideas?

I'd like to propose a tailpipe/grille hole concentricity competition(as that is my perverse way of telling how anal people are with their build quality/attention to detail).......but proposing your own would be akin Wayne proposing a wonky eye competition!!!

How about concours de elegance, best modified, tastiest engine bay, highest milage?

I need to off-load this piece of toot.

Get suggesting, most popular comp title will get us all to vote.

I was gonna suggest to Ted that he donates a £50 Factory voucher.......but you can't do much with 4 spark plugs!!! biglaugh

Any others?

Has to be the 'Blackest wheels'.

You know full well I stand no chance on the tailpipes as they look like Wayne aligned them.

I might only have one eye but it's a very good one. Steve, remember the gesture that Nik Nak made to you whilst camping last week?, well have some more of the same but with one fingerwinkhehe

You can tell that Crafty is not an Englishman can't you? hehe

How about best interior?, after all, most cars are externally similar with the main attention being paid to interior modifications?
Furthest travelled in the last 12 months? With the weather this year that will show true dedication yes
Or how about a secret ballad and just get everyone to vote on their favourite?

If you select the blackest wheels does the winner have to be there (with car)?

Lucky run a 'Top Gear' like competition board and gives scores on each of suggested ideas and award to highest score. Just get JC to judge and you will probably find the winner owns an Aston

Can you tell I'm home alone today???

Been thinking. Seeing as I'm donating the prize (of unimaginable value biglaugh) I'm gonna set the comp...actually, how about an award:

The Pistonheads Academy of Jokers are proud to present....

The Ultima Lifetime Achievement Award

Awarded by a well known celebrity..(failing that we'll ask Ted, or Richard...failing that perhaps Andy) At 1pm Hinckley time.

The Academy (that's us lot), should consider for this award, a person, related to all things Ultima, that has proven commitment to the Brand, to the Pistonheads Ultima Forum and Ultima owners everywhere...even Lancing. The winner should have demonstrated knowledge of the product and support of fledgling Ultima folk in their early (dumb) days of research and build.

Not just a talker, the successful nominee should have walked the Ultima walk (Can-Am owners read 'mince' here) by attendance to shows, and events. It would help if they have at least once put themselve out beyond the call of duty (say for example offering emergency shelter for stray Ultima urchinswink) and definately the sort of guy to offer fellow Ultimates a tow should their steeds fail them, eh Keif?

He should be considered by all....

.....Mr Ultima

PS It might help if they have a beard scratchchin (cos it's normally old grunts like Anthony Hopkins an' that that win, innit?)

I know where my money is! bowteacherbow

You can either vote now or on the day........

My vote goes to Scuffers tongue out... he knows EVERYTHING

And if it ends up a tie with Steve D, they can settle it with a wishbone bending comp.
