Sporting Bears (Motor Club) organise 10-mile passenger rides at a few selected events

Not all the cars belong to club members so if you have a nice car (and do NOT drive like an idiot) why not follow the links and offer it

Sporting Bears Dream Rides - what's it all about

All money raised goes to children's charities in the UK

Thank you, Nigel

The next event is the big charity fund raiser for us:

The NEC Classic Car Show
9 -11 November

See PH Calendar

and

Sporting Bears Dream Rides - what's it all about

We're in Hall 2 now (not four as advertised)

This why we do it

One of last year’s recipients Leicestershire Down's Syndrome Group at Filbert Street receiving our ceremonial cheque

No, it's thank you

Looking at last year's photos you were right at the end last year, but at least you were near that rather nice Lotus Cortina

I think you may find that Stig and I went but not went out! (black Ultima GTR and the bloody noisy car in the sound thingy)

Can you let me know the position with insurance (off line if need be) on giving rides.

Simon are you ready for Kimbolton rides - insurance checked, emailed Boo, form down loaded, 6" X 4" photo of your car - no, well not to worry there's still a week to go and form and photo can be dealt with on the day

See you there smile

that is one ride i am really looking forward to now!

i think its fair to assume you will be fairly popular on the day Simon, if the attention Box's Noble got a year or two ago on the rides is anything to go by yours will be a tearaway success!

Great Simon, you'll need to be organised so as to waste no time what so ever to get your car on the boards and ready to roll smile

Don't forget to tell them on the booking desk that you're only doing the morning (you'll see the booking sheets) or there could be a few disappointed souls waiting

Simon you'll love it and so will your passengers, no need to drive too fast just when appropriate make a bit of noise, accelerate hard in the lower gears biggrin

Would be a willing to do the afternoon/morning shift if it would help?

Weather permitting and all that "no got roof" business nono
