So with a Humax 500Gb, if I have Sky+ which has 2 coax cables, I just plug them into the Humax box then?

Do any of these boxes have the powered RF out so you can send it to another room?

If you get the Echostar, you can use any internet-connected pc, or even a smartphone to watch your recordings anywhere in the world. Not quite what you wanted though..

Only the Sky boxes have powered RF for eyes, amps etc.. the freesat boxes do not have any RF out powered or not, you will need:

To modulate the scart signal and allow return path control.

Just bought one from Richer Sounds and it's a lovely bit of kit. Absolutely faultless installation, good looking onscreen menus and easy to use.

The only downside is I can't get my Onkyo remote to control it, so might have to get a new one-for-all.
