Chaps,

After setting my budget and definitely not shifting it's down to the following....

PANASONIC-TX-P50G30B or PANASONIC-TX-P46ST30B.

Not to fussed about 3D and either size would fit the lounge.

Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Just got the txp50gt30b because costco were doing a £200 off voucher plus with 5 year costco warranty you can't go wrong. Plasmas have come along way, thin and I can lift it myself. Didn't get any 3d glasses with it. The internet interface is quite good, certainly better than samsungs'. Sound quality is quite good for tv speakers and picture quality seems excellent although I haven't experimented. The stand turns so I can position it towards my driving seat. I've been running it on low settings - do you still have to do this?

I think a 'G' it will have to be. Having said this I saw a U today in currys. I guess that would be a pants buy ?
