I have recently bought a Bose 321 GS system which was heavily reduced and am pretty please with it thus far. However I cannot get it to work directly from my TV. I have connected it to my Sky box and that works perfectly as does the Aux to my Ipod. There is a digital output from my TV would I have to use this instead of the phono lead? Tv is a LG 32LH7000 if that helps. Thanks

iirc very few LG sets actually have analogue phono outputs, (they have inputs that work with the component video inputs)
but use the optical output and you'll be good to go..

What he said ^^ , LG's dont have a phono output the phono's on the back of the set are an input, the only way to get the sound from the TV is to use an optical lead.

I've got a 321 if it goes silent just unplug it for 10 seconds and it'll all be right again.
