Following on from the thread about hatred towards large TV screen owners, I thought it'd be appropriate to annoy the haters even more and get some pictures of big telly's and home cinema setups on here.

Ill start, here's a 46" 1080P Samsung wall mounted, with a Yamaha AX763 amp and Harman Kardon 5.1 speaker system. Blu Ray via a 80GB PS3 means superb picture and sound, and I really enjoy the big tv viewing experience, cant understand people who enjoy movies but refuse to indulge themselves in a nice big involving screen and sound experience...

Ran it all through the tubing you can see running along the skirting and up to the TV, the painful thing was originally I had all floating shelves with all the amp, sky, and PS3 on, but after spending all day bolting them to the wall and running the cables, the missus walked in and said it looks like a bike rack bolted to the wall, so all had to come down!! filled the holes and repainted the wall, and also had to then buy the small AV stand you see there.

Worth getting a stand with cable management like the Sona one in the pic, and the tubing is easy to fit and really good, can be painted if you choose too.

EDIT: woops, plugs, not cables, I have a multiplug that sits behind the subwoofer on the left of the pic.

I bought it from Try'nSave'nBuy'nSpend, so weekly payments arent too bad at all. Basically I have my dole cheque deposited directly into their account and they take the remainder from the government, as Im declared bankcrupt. Same as my Range Rover Vogue weekly payments.

Hell, I'll bite;

Pioneer PDP-428XD 42-inch 8th gen kuro. Der insisted this is what I should have, and he was right.
Old Nakamichi AV-10 which I love dearly.
5 good Kef Q's
Small mission sub.
Custom media centre running the horror that is Vista, although it seems to do pretty much what I need with the odd exception.

All bought from littlewoods on the never never, obviously. With my benefits that I fiddle. And I'm smoking 80 a day and down the pub every night.

It's never too early for humour or sarcasm. Although whatever makes you think you possess either is beyond me.

You'll want to sort out your benefit, that's just shocking.

A non-supercharged Range Rover indeed!

When I have to go flat screen than its a shelf for the dvd and amp methinks. So, someone must have done it?

Have I missed something? Why would anyone hate big screen TV owners?

Also, why would I want to see someone's front room as an affront to such hate? They all look virtually the same unless you're going mega money

I have my amp, xbox, ps3, hd-dvd player etc are all located away from the TV. The amp sends all of the signals to the TV/PJ via HDMI (just make sure you get an upconverting amp). Its pretty tidy, although would be better with the units all boxed away.

As I've just taken some pics to start advertising to look for a housemate thought i'd post my TV setup.

Yes it's only a 32", however the rather ugly box under the left speaker is a huge isobarik subwoofer with two KEF bass drivers biggrin

edit to sort speeling
