Best sub 400 40" tv

any thoughts? i guess its something from either samsung, panasonic or sony? ill use it with a dvd but otherwise for normal tv

needs to have wifi but i guess that will be a standard feature on most of them

not to clued up on operating systems

will be wall mounted should that make any difference
