Ok, this might be a stupid question, but I just can't seem to work it out!
I've connected my Galaxy s tab to my Samsung D8000, and it's working fine, except for when I go on to YouTube - should a keyboard come up on the tab so that I can type my searches out??

If so, how?!!!!

I love it. The looks were the first thing that attracted me it, but now that it's up on the wall, I have to say the picture quality is amazing. Not one person who has seen it has failed to comment on just how good the picture is.

Sound quality isn't anything special, so I've hooked mine up to a B&W Zeppelin Air. Sound is now a lot "deeper".

Nice one. I can't seem to decide between the D8/7 or the Panasonic VT30.
Exact same dilemma I had. All I can is I'm sooo glad I opted for the D8000! Awesome bit of kit.

It should come up automatically as soon as you hit the address bar...Try it first through the web browser function.
We've just found in store, a problem with the 8000 series and all the other SMART tellies, in so far as they only have Flash10.1 installed, so it's not possible to watch sites like ITV Player as they need 10.2.
I've tried to get an answer from Samsung, and apparently they're doing an over air download early next year.
Not sure how many other sites require 10.2
BBC iplayer works fine. Be interested to know what sites won't work.

Just can not get the keyboard to appear on the tab! I go to YouTube, select search, but then the only keyboard that pops up is on the tv screen itself, and I'm having to select each letter one by one. Very annoying.
What am I doing wrong?!

I didn't use the disc mount - had the tv professionally installed and the guys used a wall bracket. Very solid + pretty flush with the wall, which was very important to me.

The keyboard is now appearing on my tabs screen, but only when I access sites like YouTube via the web browser.
Not ideal, but still good enough for me. (Anything beats typing in searches letter by letter!)
Thanks for the pointer E31 smile

Are they still offering the Galaxy tab with it? I heard they'd stopped now for some reason. True?

That's pretty much the deal I got, but closer to £2400. (Richer Sounds)
