Really looking forwards to this weekend!!
Who's on for the run out on the Saturday?
I'll have the family on board on Sunday, so on Saturday might take a slight detour (ahem) to take in the Peak District / Derbyshire country roads for a gentle peramble.....

So what happens on the Sunday gathering?
I know that we can walk round etc but can we move our cars if we want to go for a drive during the day?
Yes you can....if the river floods just reverse up the hill. You will have a great time and check the house out. I know that we can walk round etc but can we move our cars if we want to go for a drive during the day?
CHECK OUT THE VIOLIN. Be amazed!

The Sunday is a static event, there is a run out planned for Saturday and setting off from the Carlton Lees car park at 11am (Chatsworth Garden Centre) I know that we can walk round etc but can we move our cars if we want to go for a drive during the day?
Chatsworth and myself would prefer cars not to be coming and going once inside the TVR area, however you are free to leave when you wish.

Yes I was looking too yesterday, it is a shame that its cooled down from what it has been & forecasted some rain, but there is a good chance things can change again the closer we get to the time.
Lee , how are you getting into the car park when its supposedly Tvr's only , if you can does that mean I can get in as well ??quattrophenia said:

Heh heh heh - well this will be my (I think) fourth Chatsworth, but last year really took the biscuit. Got out of car in waterproof coat, opened boot, opened umbrella, turned unbrella inside out with the wind, recollapsed it, stuck it back into the boot!!! It came to sheltering in the shops in the stables to drip-dry and get a bit of warmth to get some feeling back into my hands!!Hoping for a record turnout, but looks like there will be some very interesting cars to see there this year anyhow.
See you there!!

I think it is technically impossible for the weather to be worse than last year.
