Unrelated I know... but what a horribly biased program. What a lovely way to further the continue the "young drivers are evil" stereotype.

Summed up the bias when the presented did the inflatable car test he was given a wet road, when the kids did it they were given an icy road, slightly different handling characteristics.

Typical PCA made to promote the evils of speed and young drivers etc, what about all the old business men who still think nothing of having half a dozen pints then climbing into there 4x4s, or the lorry drivers who drive half asleep.

Then they show a stolen Scoobie being driven like he stole it (oh yes he had) and tried to link that kind of driving to that of the youths that had been killed in the following featured accident (effectively labelling them as bad as the car thieves)

I don't think it's so much that "All young drivers are evil".......more like "A lot of young people are not aware of either their own mortality, let alone considering the effects that their actions have on others"

Though it does seem as though they picked the "best of the worst" for their case studies.

It does seem biased against the young people, but those ones they have picked are IDIOTS of the highest order.

Didn't they come on here asking for people that like to drive fast? Wanted to go to germany I htink and do a bit of high speed stuff? And the PH masses told them to poke it because it'd be a hatchet job...

Bunch of tits. Hopefully they will be charged by the police due to the video evidence of their bad driving.

The Liver Run was the only good Police Camera Action episode they ever made. I remember watching it for the first time and being completely gripped, shame they never came close to matching it, especially with the BS they serve up these days.

Indeed, an awesome event... the City of London motorcyclist packing up riding a few days after gives you an idea of how hard they were pushing it, not to mention his BMW R100 giving up the ghost mid-ride.

My favourite bit is the SD1 - it's just so iconic; window open, burly copper's arm resting on the door, lurching about like an extra from the Sweeney.

Love it

ETA: Oh, and the beard on the copper in the second car - now that's a proper copper's beard that is.

Funny how things slip your mind - and how only 3 little words can bring it back. I recall watching that when it was broadcast, and being completely on edge.

Brilliant TV.
