Me too. It helps that I live in Harrogate so it's fun spotting the location.

One of these guys really annoys me, his arm number is 1532, they never said his name but he's the guy who stopped the 2 blokes in the van.

No manners at all. Just barks orders at people and seems to think he's just a bit better than everyone else.

Probably does a good job, just winds me up when people don't show a bit of respect towards others, the guys weren't rude or disrespectful to him, yet off he goes, no please, no thank you etc...

On another note, why is that no matter where you crash you will always hit something solid? Trying to drift, hit a lamp post, trying to drive over a golf course, hit a tree!!

Just caught up with it. Seemed to push it into the other police car again, there was a similar one at the start of the series where they pushed the bandit car into another traffic car and totalled it along with a lamppost and wall.

Maybe a north Yorkshire tactic. Costly and not effective for the offices health I wouldn't have thought thought smile

Cant believe its 4k to hire a lambo for 2 days, some people have more money than since obviously.

Reminds me of when I was at a London police station and a low-loader was taking away a rather bent police car. I remarked to the driver that it would cost a pretty penny to have it repaired. The reply " No, no, no, there's nothing wrong with the bodywork, it's the engine that has blown and will need replacing". biggrin

I got diverted off the A64 the other day following the aforementioned incident. PIT manoeuvre gone wrong?

Just caught it. The forces involved to do that to a car are insane. They found the engine and the bloody steering wheel outside the car!!!

Very nasty indeed. Think there should be a revision on the design of the bridge barrier.

'No further action will be taken on the young lad who went over the bridge' - think he has well payed the price on that!

I was disappointed it was no longer my home town of Harrogate and North Yorkshire.

Then I found out it's now close to where I was born and lived to the age of 14. Born in Mansfield and lived in Warsop.

They never implied that he was doing anything illegal, or that there was anything wrong with the car. His documentation was all in order. What action could have been taken, and what has he paid the price for? Could just be very bad luck, and poor barrier design.

Ah, one village away the other way, we're at langwith. I like Harrogate, even though I've only been a few times.
