Wow. What a show!! Wait until you see the previews for the next 3 episodes. I am more confused than ever!!

Agreed, I have to admit it's almost the exact opposite of what I thought they would do with TWD.

namely run down the series to maintain the same return from a falling audience by making it cheaper

I know! Totally unexpected. I seriously just thought all the hype was to get more people watching it and i figured it was all winding down and this would be its final season since more core characters were leaving the show just like FTWD.

I don't buy Negan turning in to a whimpering wreck. The rest of the episode went as expected, other than Rick's final scene and the jump.

Hopefully it will improve now.
