Primetime plumbers. So not building maintenance then or just a poor choice of name for the company?

So.. why is a plumbing company looking at installing solar panels again?
Solar heated water?
The more I watch this, this more confused I'm getting.

They're called plumbers, but they seem to be a mix of gas engineers, electricians and renewables specialists.

OFFS! Who cares who the SSOTY is, I want to know whom the brain of UK 2015 is.
Murray is dead pan as usual combined with 'can I go now' whilst holding the trophy.
I don't particularly like Murray but he is clearly not comfortable speaking in public (nor am I, for what it's worth) but I thought he did well. A nice self deprecating comment to get started and what else he is expected to say?

The large U-table of investors make it look more like a parliamentary enquiry or a very empty European parliament.

"Hello, I am from match.com. What's to stop me getting one of my developers from making something similar?"

What do you mean no one asked that question?

Vana's making a very confident presentation, I think. Very impressive.

How is Joseph ever going to get in the door of a national company when he is up against the big players who do what he offers already?

My prediction is that Sugar won't invest in either and this will be the last series.

He'd be mad to be £250k into either

It may just be clever editing but I thought Vana put together a much more professional presentation.

Agree. Both ideas are rubbish. Kick them both to the kerb.

So he had no idea that renewable energy had high up front costs and that the govt incentives have impacted the market AND he knew nothing about smart technologies. What an amazing visionary he is.

I couldn't even watch it. Chalk and cheese. I cringed at the pishness of the plumbing presentation

Baths running before your in the house. Do you know the fking logistics of this.

A remote actuated valve to turn the tap
A thermostat mointer for temp
A weigh scale or depth reader
A remote drain valve.
