I know it's easy sat at home, but the copying Alex task. 10 secs added to your time if you do not complete a task.
So for example eating the banana, it's difficult to eat a banana elegantly, even more do so quickly, and yiu just know they're after some grungy footage. So quickly peel it, put it down, press button making sure you've finished at least ten seconds faster than Horne.
And so on with anything that took your fancy, as long as you reduced by 10 seconds every time. It would have been amusing to see Alex getting angry when someone actively refused to get sucked into his little schemes.
Plus water in the glass, afraid I was shouting at Kiell, "Go to the bloody tap."

Definitely an upturn in quality from season 15. Has the makings of a classic series. Will it reach the heady heights of seasons 4,5,6?
When heard the prize task announced said Lucy will bring the sign from the Dog and bd, so predictable. Weakest contestant maybe, but that's just Lucy from Hull playing at the persona of Lucy from Hull so who knows. Though did laugh at the last week's effort of arguing with Greg
LB "The speed limit is 70, it doesn't say you can't do 90!"
GD "That's exactly what it says"
LoL when the portcullis dropped, and Susan's mischief task. Very clever.

Fellow PHers, please settle an argument for me.
Lucy Beaumont: genuinely thick, or an act?

I'm looking forward to season 4 of the New Zealand one. I think it finished about a month ago, but I have no idea when we will get it (I just watched seasons 1-3 on E4 Extra) I think it's much better than the UK one.
We tried it but we just couldn't warm to the hostsThough on the UK version the Alex Horne "banter" part is wearing thin.

Really looking forward to this, really glad we've got Kiell over Mae and I love Morgana.
I'd say it'll be between Dara and Sophie as both were super competitive but then Ed Gamble was the same and he completely crumbled in his COC so anything could happen....
Yep really looking forward, same opinion re Kiell vs Mae. Don't discount Sarah Kendall swearing like a sailor per any good Aussie.I'd say it'll be between Dara and Sophie as both were super competitive but then Ed Gamble was the same and he completely crumbled in his COC so anything could happen....
Series hasn't disappointed and thrown up some expected and unexpected things.
Greg and Alex continue to irritate with their bromance wierdness and stuff that's not that funny.
Steve Pemberton as expected, smart, lateral thinker, particularly appreciate his intermittent "going to wind up Greg" tactics.
Nick Mohammed, maybe playing a persona or is he really just an odd little man. Never know with this crowd.
Fave contestant, Sophie Willan. All sorts of reasons.
Joanne McNally. Nah batst mentalist and Irish just for extra batst.
John wossisname. Grey man. Who?

Not sure if this has been mentioned on the thread but the live screening of S17 Ep1 in New York shambles.
Setup in a comedy club, Greg and Alex there, only the comedy club had oversold tickets. Even after cramming as many people in as possible and pro ably way over safety permitted numbers many still left outside.
Not TM fault but that of Rodney's Comedy Club. TM apologised, refunds and priority tickets issued if another event organised. Shows the popularity though.

Jack Dee was more of a disappointment. He’s gone from his usual dry humour to appearing like he doesn’t really want to be there and can’t be arsed with the whole thing.
Zaltzman was also good value.
When Greg was doing his introductions at the beginning of the show Jack Dee’s revolved around “will he finally show some interest”.Zaltzman was also good value.
Have to agree ref Zaltzman, he was the standout for me.
The one who can't be arsed.
The desperate to win.
The annoying one.
The meltdown kid.
The one with no clue.
The one that is thought to be really smart but then...
The one that's neither here nor there but really gets into the banter.
The one to be bullied by Greg.
The surprisingly good unknown.
And so on.
Interesting comment on the Q and A session of The Rest is Entertainment podcast.
Q: What are your top 3 TM tasks.
A: Exec producer Andy Devonshire was asked for his.
1: S16 group task, turning the TM house into a hotel.
2: Liza Tarbuck Show your love for the TM and her getting Alex to sit on a cake with bare arse.
3: Rose Matafeo Chickpea funeral, ( though Richard Osman attributed that to Rosie Jones : Osman get your facts right, waiting for correction on Tuesday / Thursday)
Though he commented Alex Horne never says no, always prepared to be the fall guy, absolute good sport.
