Some great ones I forgot about here, can't believe I forgot about Flight of the Navigator! Don't remember seeing one of these yet:

Although from a more recent film this one seemed particularly effective given it's original purpose.

The Phoenix, both versions, I had the white eagle version as a toy.
What is that? I had the toy as a kid but thought it was just a toy rather than something from a film or tv series? Have tried Google but "phoenix eagle spaceship" is getting me nowhere...

Come on, people...

I do believe that a full scale prop was parked under a tarp on an airfield awaiting transport to a set or something like that and was photographed and reported as a real life experimental military project.

I am sure it is a version pf the Phoenix, not sure if it was a revamped cartoon. It had all the little spacecraft inside it. One of my fave toys now sadly who knows where.

The Borg ship. The most seemingly illogical shape for a star ship. Although with no air resistance why would you need a sleek shape? Unless landing on an planet with atmosphere.

Since the thread title does not specify fact or fiction, I would go with this one, as it has also starred in a number of TV dramas and films.

And I don't want to hear any hoax nonsense either.

Not sure if TB2 qualifies though, because I don't think it could actually go into space.

TB3 though, I always thought was cool

Wheras TB5 just looked like a satellite that had been left up there as space junk!
