I have only ever watched TWD on Freeview through a BT box. It was being shown on the channel 5* I believe, and they showed up to the end of Season 4.

So I'm still waiting for S5, let alone 6! Can anyone tell me what the simplest way of finding/watching S5 is please? Ido t know if it will be coming to Freeview or not.

I did of course watch FearTWD on AmC via the BT box, so maybe it will eventually appear there?!
Check your emails, I've sent you a PM.

Season 1-5 is on Netflix, I'd consider signing up to that for 30 days if I wanted to knock out a season I hadn't been able to watch yet.

For the current season, torrent / stream.

I retrospect it's quite annoying really.

The quarry bear trap has worked pretty well to this point, why screw with a winning formula? Shore up the defences, find a few more trucks, build a few fences, lob in a few fireworks to attract more, zombie free alexandria and easy target practice for the locals.
This is what I was getting at. Shore up the lorries that were blocking them in with a massive rock wall etc.

The more I think about it, the more obvious that it had to happen - it's the way of TWD, they move, starving, in constant danger from silent walkers, but more likely from other Humans, just when it looks like they're about to give up - they find an Oasis, The Farm, The Prison and until last episode Alexandria.

I sometimes wonder if they would have been better off re-taking the prison rather than leaving it, grim as it was it was well defended against all but tank attack.

This series should be interesting, I suspect the poor Alexandrians will be getting eaten left, right and centre in the early days.

it follows a trend, look for camp, find camp, argue with neighbours, forced to move.

They seem to have lost the fun in zombie. Where are the lambos, the looting, the going into ann summers and beating a zombie to death with a dildo.

Could work, but they'll only have limited fuel, and digging a moat would use A LOT of it, they might get used later, who knows!
Indeed. I wouldn't waste any fuel on anything suggested so far. I still think the plan Rick came up with was best.

enough fuel to line all those cars up

there must be loads of diesel around, even all this time after it all kicked off

problem is with any pit or wall barricade scenario, that is attracting more and more zombies, is eventually they will fill up (quarry) or will climb on top of each other to breach a wall, you're talking about 100s of thousands potentially over time. As discussed in World War Z (the book) and shown in rather silly way in the film.

yes, in America they have big diesel trucks,
A mate of mine drives a diesel in the DC area, there is one station that he can use that is in a reasonable distance from him that he can fill up at. I think if you weren't a trucker, you'd struggle.

so what do trucks do? 'big rigs'
(and I'm talking about getting diesel out of trucks anyway)

Brilliant episode again, but perhaps people shouldn't make comments like above until after it has aired in the UK.
