I like the way ch5 can't even find anyone who wants to put adverts in the breaks
really? that is terrible , no real surprise that nobody wants to be connected to this rubbishI tell myself I'm never going to watch another episode, but I do and I regret it.
The show is just so stupidly staged it really is embarrassing. There's no need for it either as the target audience is always going to be car enthusiasts.
Must say I don't like Mario one bit, and that bald one, to paraphrase John Goodman, is just one burger away from a cardiac arrest.

Watched 5 minutes of tonight's episode which was enough to tell me that this is detritus of the lowest order.
Can't we have proper programmes on cars anymore?
Depends on your definition of proper.....Can't we have proper programmes on cars anymore?
There is a whole host a car shows around at the mo. More than ever IMO......
Car SOS is quite good, wheeler dealers I like too, some of the American ones I can watch but get slightly irritated at, but classic car rescue is nigh on unwatchable due to the botched jobs, annoying presenters, fake/contrived incidents etc...

+1 for Car SOS from me too. Been an excellent series all the way through. WD always decent and for the love of cars has been popular too. Classic car rescue is a painful copy of poor american style format. I base that assumption on the last series and reading peoples comments on here as I refuse to watch it.There is a whole host a car shows around at the mo. More than ever IMO......

I've just des covered Ultimate Wheels, can't quite decide if it good bad or indifferent yet. I like the presenters and the premise of the program is good too. I thought the Bristol they did was crap but I still found it interesting despite that.Really makes me wonder why 'for the love of cars' are ending their series on a DeLorean too.
Not much love for the car here.
... However I was wondering where all the Back to The Future jokes had gone - right up until the end!
I like a bit of Classic Car Rescue comedy on a Monday night.

£3500 for a wing is ridiculous. Surely any decent steel fabricator could make a mould from the old one and churn out a replacement. It's only a bit of bent stainless steel isn't it?
You'd thinkI remember trying to fit a wing on an urquattro that Audi themselves had re-made .
Another classic episode of this great programme! The best bit was when the door came down and smashed the window, couldn't help but laugh at that! And when the smoke started pouring out of the radiator, Bernie's usual over-reaction made me chuckle as well!
Does anyone think they'll be releasing a DVD box-set of series one and two? I need to pre-order it!
