What a bunch of drama queens. The Taff that got held up by the bullock "This is the worst day of my life!"
Get real mate, you're a lorry driver and you got stuck in traffic. Big bloody deal.
Had to laugh at the self-proclaimed "Number One driver" ttting the parked car. Knob.

In my experience, every fleet has a self-proclaimed 'Number one driver' don't they? I once worked for a car transporter company who's 'number one driver' ttted the boot of a Ford Mondeo on a lower than 16' bridge. He was the only one out of 25 drivers that managed that in my 4 years with the company.
I know you work for them Phil & it's not personal, but I can point to endless undercutting, running free out of Scotland amongst other places, being kicked off bookings in various sheds in favour of the home team. All sorts. And yes, oddly enough, not much of it is documented to slap on the table. But I'm so long in this game now, that I automatically face palm every time I have to cross paths with a bit of Stobart. Which is daily at the moment.

What does "running free out of Scotland" mean? sorry if i'm being thick, just a curious non trucker There's always a good business reason behind winning. it's the way it's done on occasion that I dislike. Stobart have used their weight to bully plenty out of business.
Still, it's the way of the world, the big fish eat the little fish, I'm not so naive that I don't get that. I just laugh at the highly editorially controlled fluffy documentsry that has fk all to do with the way haulage works in the real world.

Whilst I agree, I still think the documentary is doing a good job of educating the general public in how their lives are more affected by 'dirty trucks' than they think. And also how it's a tougher job for drivers than many assume.Gassing Station | TV, Film, Video Streaming & Radio | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
