Weak gin. Why don’t you just add less to your drink?
exactly

And by the time you've added the tonic, ice, lemon it's down to 10% conc anyway

Maybe they didn't study moles!
Surely the obvious point is less gin = less flavour?

The selling point of this was that you got to have all of the flavour of a normal gin and tonic, but with much less alcohol.

adding stuff to alcohol drink doesn't dilute the %, it is a misconception.

It does reduce the % but it won't reduce the amount of alcohol in the drink

Sweat patch £700k money pit - sell the rights to an anti perspiration brand - take the royalty.

Gin - millennial fund raisers, it’s all about the funding, the idea might be st.

Door stop - joke

Baskets - loved it and Touker a perfect partner.

The Gin thing I'd only contemplate as a quick winch & plummet. Get in, create a buzz & sell up sharpish before someone like Diageo notices & torpedoes you with petty cash.

If your gin is 40% ethanol by volume and you add water yes it does

The amount is the same, the conc is lower.

Always 40% as in units etc, yes you add water but it doesn't change the units as people seem to think. You are just more hydrated.

You liver can only do 1 unit per hour on average.

I was unconvinced by the idea of the weak Gin, as it misses out on the benefits that you get with 'zero' alcohol products namely you can advertise them in places where alcohol ads are banned (eg. France) and you still have to pay some duty.

It does, however, scream out to be a product that you sell pre-mixed in bottles/cans for home/picnic usage, rather than trying to sell in pubs.

Not sure how that'll work given the dynamic between the Dragons is part of the show for me. I'll happily watch to find out though.

I like Emma Grede. I started taking a lot more interest in Women in business after my daughters were born to hopefully show successful examples. Particularly ones who look like them and are of mixed background.

Mrs thinks I am mental.

New series tonight BBC1 8pm. Not seen anything about it (not that I watch much TV), but the wife just told me.

I thought DD was supposed to be about helping start up businesses with investments? The eye wear one just seems to be a bit we're only here to leap frog other businesses.

That lad's got some bottle, sticking at 3% when they agreed (while at the wall) they'd go to 4. Saw they had him.
