It is used in Plasterboard production...again Urea.

There is a chemical company that filters urine to take all the drugs out of it and sells them back to the pharma companies.

And was widely used for tanning leather.
Also, if you've just bought a new pair of (army style) leather boots and find them very stiff, piss in them before going to bed. Don't forget to empty out in the morning before wearing them! They'll be much softer!

It's a valuable commodity (or used to be) and we flush it away.
