Why can't programmes like these ever get the correct model of car they're filming. This week it was the white pole gti, not a golf that was sat on it's arse scraping its rims and ruining the paintwork on the rear arches, and last week it was a pug 206 not a corsa van that was on its side after a prang. Tut tut.

I've written to Notts CC and also put this on their Facebook page. I'm absolutely outraged by the blatant bullying!

Glad to see I wasn't the only one remarking (last week) "It's a Peugeot you muppet" and this week: "Polo. It's a bloody Polo!"

I think that self-righteous police officer in the unmarked BMW was more of an idiot than Volvo man.
He even admitted wasnt on an emergency but saw fit to close at a high rate of knots behind the Volvo about to merge on to the carraigeway, without any blues or twos!!! What a tt!!

Yes, Volvo man thought it was some ahole rep pushing in and so moved over and gave him the gesture- which of course is wrong- but, hes human and iam sure weve all been riled at some point but some ahole driving like that copper.

That cop was in the wrong.

He should have hung back and dropped in behind that Volvo on that short slip road not try and overtake. He made an error.
I thought that too. Reminded me of this old Traffic Cops clip where a policeman collided with a lorry and then acted in a ridiculously pompous manner, even though it was entirely avoidable and (IMO) mostly his fault.

A bloody hospital full of doctors and they have to have a police doctor to take a blood sample. *Shakes head with despair*

It is a tough one as they were all in the wrong however it is the copper who should have taken a more mature view but instead chose to behave like a thug, abusing his position to get his own back at the guy that had given him the personal insult.

Volvo man isn't employed to Police the roads and the blocking manoeuvre was the act of an idiot. He deserved to get booked for that as well as the coffee beans. On balance, it was the poor driving of the traffic knob that extracted that behaviour from him.

Rather than admitting to the blocking behaviour, he would have been better to say that he saw a car driving erratically behind him and he panicked not knowing which way to turn to avoid a collision with the badly driven car bearing down on him on speed.

The fact is though, traffic knob shouldn't have lost his cool. He doesn't deserve to lose his job but does need a talking to from his senior officer and possibly a spot of retraining.

I have been in a similar position as Volvo man, in that I've had someone behind me in a rush somewhere. I didn't know if they were just a knob, on a journey to see a dying relative or just late for an appointment. Whatever their reason, I'm not going to block them.

That lorry crash was dreadful, the copper was an idiot for putting his car there when the HGV driver would not have seen him, I know a police driving instructor and he used to cringe when that clip was shown.

Im glad it wasnt just me who that annoyed

When the narrator talked about the "golf GTI on coilover suspension" (probably very proud with the car knowledge), when it was actually a Polo GTI on air suspension....... And it wasnt paint on the rims, it was curb marks!!
