But so what?
Nothing really. He was always seen as the cycling fanatic but I guess has eased off a bit or the filming schedule got in the way.

Fair point; I'd forgotten about that.

I'm one of them.
I 'liked' Clarkson. but he has become a parody character - and nauseating.
If you guys can just give us a clue where the basement is you're being held and made to watch TV shows you bound to hate ...

Trouble with Evans is no one likes him, you can't say that about CHM.
That will be why he hosts the most popular radio show in the UK.
I listen to him in the mornings as he's the least worst option. I don't actually like his presenting style, but it better than the alternatives, and I'm stuck in a car for a couple of hours.

IMO they should have got J Leno in for TG and let him completely revamp the format. His current car show is brilliant (IMO), and I prefer it to TG and TGT.

Have found it very underwhelming, and getting worse with each episode.

Anyone finding the humor funny must have lived under a rock for the past ten years, it's very forced and very much them play acting the roles they think they should rather than there being anything genuine in it.

Dissapointed as I had high hopes for it.

What I was getting at is the humor is very samey, and is now old hat. Like if Friends was still going with the same old jokes, but if you have a very short memory I suppose it could work for you, not judging.

In fact the humor is worse now since it is acted rather than genuine.

Not judging? If you have a very short memory I suppose it could seem that you're not judging. Not that I'm judging. smile

You were implying that to enjoy it one must have a childish sense of humour.

Morecombe & Wise, Peter Sellers, Eddie Izzard, HIGNFY(sometimes). Bits of GT.

Never laugh at anything by Richard Curtis, or any of those comedy panel quiz shows.

I believe it would help yes.
But my point was children actually like the kind of humour CHM put out.

Self appointed? Plenty of people are saying TGT isn't that funny.
Why do you get angry with everyone that disagrees with you?

On the contrary, I merely point out when others imply that only their opinion is the "correct" one. I'm not in the least bit angry - they are more than welcome to their opinion so long as they realise it is just an opinion and that differing ones are just as valid.

Wouldn't surprise me. People gave it a chance but are finding it lacking.

A shame, as the fix is pretty easy.
