I just moved around on the time counter to see who was there but had the sound off and wondered firstly why he was interviewing Benny Hill and hadn't he died years ago. Then saw the Conleth Hill caption

I would have thought the same before reading a load of stuff on ASOIAF. But there does seem to be heavy implication that that is what happens and a few people knew about it.
The show just rubber stamped it as opposed to teasing it.

Yeah... That is hard to watch, having said that, despite them being my favourite characters I don't miss them in Season 4, the show is so well done your attention is occupied elsewhere.

I thought WTF in season 1 when they beheaded Ed stark, it dawned on me then this series doesn't play by the usual rules and that's what fascinates.
