Got to agree about MW. And it feels like he naturally owns this show.....

Good choice for those through. The ones out are not bad chefs, but it was all too "scrappy" today...

What a difference in quality compared to last night, from the off they didn't gel as a team as well as last nights. I presume that they record both lots of competitors before they filmed the selection of who was through hence shedding 2 of tonight's and none from yesterday.

Marcus has improved as he becomes more comfortable in front of the camera.

I still prefer Michel Roux Jr. though...

The judging in Masterchef always annoys me and it is the same this series. There has been 2 chefs who were brilliant in every round, Bobby and Joey. Both Bobby and Joey have excelled, wowing both judges and critics alike, the other chefs have had a few mishaps. Both Bobby and Joey, although not poor by any standard fell short in the their final rounds and were sent home. I wish Masterchef would judge on the chefs performance throughout the competition rather than using their last round.

I believe both Bobby and Joey were far superior to some of the chefs left.

God this is poor TV tonight! I cannot warm to last years winner, I really don't care what his mum and dad think and I want the Chefs back at MC HQ cooking their stuff.

All very 'meh' for me tonight.

Ha!

Anton is the brother in law of a work colleague, she was there for filming (red top) and said the whole thing was a bit rum. The whole restaurant was his family and mates, restaurant was closed. The only dishes served were the scallops and goat and they got served 2 or 3 times over during the morning/day. She was interviewed but they haven't used it as she reckons she'd got too pissed (free booze!) by the time they spoke to her

Anybody else sick of the cliches? Its like they are given cards to read out...

"Now ive got this far I want it even more"

"I really want to show the judges what i'm all about"

"I'm going to give it my all now"

"I like to push boundaries"

Please shut the fk up, say something worth while or say nothing at all and just cook, they're worse than bloody football managers / players being interviewed after a game.

Saying that, I still love it!

What an arrogant prick Tom Kitchen is, he'd be chomping down on some of my 'special sauce' if i was cooking his signature dish.
Typical short arse meglomaniac, too close to the ground to be healthy
