Who to play the next Bond, James bond?

It could never be Hardy unless they were going to make a dwarf Bond. He's only an inch taller than Tom Cruise.
Hiddleston for me because I stuck £30 on him at 50/1 5 or 6 years ago.
Craig is 5 '10, Hardy 5 '9 Hiddleston for me because I stuck £30 on him at 50/1 5 or 6 years ago.
Stick a big heel on his shoes haha.
I'm a fan of Tom Hardy but can't see him turning out as Bond.

The woman who plays the lead role in Killing Eve
Which is the lead role in Killing Eve? Seems to be two leads to me … if that's not a contradiction!I really can't be arsed what they do with Bond any more - just feels old hat these days (IMHO etc). If they replace DC with another brooding white male of a certain age it will be a bit "meh" but if they do anything else it will just seem a desperate attempt to pander to an audience that isn't interested. Feels like they should just give it up but the money means they won't ...

6 months on roids to bulk him up a bit
he could get the bod quite easilyhttps://youtu.be/wtLLls2nbyI
but after seeing him The NIght POrter, he's not right for Bond. As I see Bond any way

Hiddleston doesn't need high heels and I get £1500.
6 months on roids to bulk him up a bitI guess it depends on what direction they want to take with the next film. Do they re boot again, or pick up where Craig leaves. Each other Bond has picked up on traits of the book bonds. Connery was ruthless, a snob, tough. Lazenby was strong, also a snob. Moore had the humour but probably least like the book Bond. Dalton had the cynicism, hard edge and thoughtful side. Brosnan was the ultimate suave, polished side which wasnt that prevalent in the book but suited him. Craig was back to the tough ruthless side without the snobbery.
If they want another tough guy then Hiddleston is wrong. If they want a more Dalton esque character then he fits really well.
I suspect though it will be an unheard of or left field choice.

Not sure on who next (other than not Idris Elba, due to his bloody blokey/matey adverts on television, which irritate me and I could never unsee).
I do think Dalton was underrated as Bond. He seemed close to the spirit of the books, they tried to update the storyline to be current, but I get the impression the world felt he was just filling in until Pierce Brosnan could step in.

In the books he is described as being quite big with a large chest and powerful arms. I think they took this quite literally with DC .

I don't think TH can portray a hard edge, when he tried in The NIght Porter, it was a lil...silly. He can do snide and sarcky, but not hard and edgy.I guess it depends on what direction they want to take with the next film. Do they re boot again, or pick up where Craig leaves. As I said - no point changing from a brooding white male so we can at least agree on that

Its tricky. I cant think of anyone right now would do a good job. Although I thought DC would be awful and actually think he one of the best.
