Westworld (NO SPOILERS)
Discussion
Based on years of watching JJ Abrams and being a Nolan fan - a theory:
Westworld is set in a Post Apocalyptic World.
Because of it's remote location it is all that survives.
The remaining Humans dwell in an undisclosed location.
Humans visiting the park are provided with false memories of the outside World by the Delos Corporation for reasons currently unknown but to be explored over the series.
The purpose for the humans and the ultimate fete of the human race will be explained at the end of the series.

I think that's ace, but I doubt the showrunners will that creative. Westworld is set in a Post Apocalyptic World.

Will Anthony Hopkins be awarded 1st prize for his jam? Will the Man in Black win a teddy at the coconut shy?
In season 2 Delores gets on to GBBO on the strength of her lemon drizzle cake, but Thandie Newton's character just has saggy buns

Enjoyed that, it reinforced my belief that the 2 guys running around with Dolores are actually in a much earlier timeline than the rest of the show, and white hat guy is a younger MiB.
I thought the end of episode 3 established pretty clearly that they're in the same timeline as the black Sheriff tells Dolores that Wyatts men set a trap at which point she returns home, alone, goes through the motions of what usually happens with Teddy and then flees eventually running into William and Logan. OK - only just caught up on ep4.
Some thoughts...
1. JJ Abrams loves his time travel. It does seem vaguely possible that William (white hat) might be MiB from 30 years ago.
2. But (assuming the employees are human) we know that the "present" is defined by MiB, Bernard, Ford, Elsie and Theresa. And Ford only JUST introduced the Teddy-Wyatt back-story which led to Dolores going AWOL with William. Didn't it? (I can't quite remember how Dolores and William ended up hooking up together...)
3. The Native Americans have a religion based on the hazmat suit people makes absolutely no sense. If Maeve and Dolores are supposed to be infected with some sort of bug/virus or Bernard's meddling affecting their memories then THEY are the first to remember previous story loops. Not a bunch of random new characters in the form of Native Americans who the overseers would have noticed have an entire religion based on BAD MEMORY WIPES!!
4. Logan's family business? Are they pre-invested in Westworld?
5. Logan swapping guns. Looked significant but surely having two types of gun (one 100% blank-firing - one live/blank variable) is a dangerous redundancy that could obviously lead to guest injury from hosts they can't shoot.
6. Ford is a dick. He has robot labour painfully shovelling a big field while at the same time has access to a massive earth mover. Using the robots is stupid. As is destroying a lovely hacienda for no reason (it was going to get destroyed right?).
7. Given Maeve and Hector got shot after/while making-out/safe-opening/shrapnel-bobbing isn't Maeve going to get her memory wiped AGAIN and just end up with those same pictures under the floorboards and none-the-wiser?

A good episode. Go Dolores (or Arnold)! The game is afoot... .
Can we go steady on anything even vaguely a spoiler until after the episode has aired in the UK. But on that note - I avoid this thread and others that feature a current program I'm about to watch for 48 hrs or so just in case someone posts a spoiler. Common sense really, and I'm not being rude, but people DO make mistakes, and people DO watch the series at different times from different sources... . Just saying.
