Good good. You tried, didn’t like it. Now off you pop.
Yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion I just happen to agree with that, it is not for me so I do not watch. No need to be insulting although that seems to be par for the course on hereI did say I was in the minority

It used to be polite and friendly but for some reason people choose to argue and get personal nowI did say I was in the minority
Quite sad really

If you don’t watch then why post here?
I don’t watch IACGMOH so I don’t post on the thread.
I watched it briefly because of favourable comments on here, I was disappointed so I will not watch in future, why is that being rude to people? We all have different tastes and I just find doctor who juvenile
So save the insults I am not interested, I try to be polite on here and respect others views, something seriously lacking on PH

I found new Dr had a strange changing accent. It seemed to switch between outer London, part of Africa, Scotland and Bristol. The internet tells me new Dr is from Rwanda then moved to Scotland.
Is this a new timeless child story twist? I thought the new Dr was still raised in Gallifrey and the voice has been BBC Englishx3, RSC English spliced with Brian Blessed, few more RSC lovies (one with regional representation), Scottish scottish, Scottish pretending to be English, RSC English, Shatlass and Scottish pretending to be RSC English so presume only got half the accents in the latest regen? It’s quite possible!BossHogg said:
Get the doctor going all 21st century and having wheelchair access in the TARDIS!
Accessibility in the TARDIS shouldn't be a problem. After decades of it (in my memory at least) always looking the same, ever since it rebooted the interior of the TARDIS seems to have regenerated more often than The Doctor. I honestly can't keep up. I'm annoyed at myself, too, for not watching any of the recent episodes after the Donna Noble return in Star Beast. I mean to, but really I'm unlikely to bother streaming them, and I've been busy going to gigs and meals out this past two weeks, so I've missed them going out live. Some of the reviews on here make it sound quite promising, but others have me feeling I'm glad I've swerved it. Not sure now whether to catch up on it or not.yellowjack said:

Have to say we have enjoyed them a lot. The second one was very good, IMHO. Well worth a catch-up mikees said:
I’ve always loved dr who and this reboot is exactly what’s needed. and I guess I’m a boomer. A trans kid and a black dr
Brilliant
Yes, getting as much 'representation' in as possible is so much more important than telling good stories. It's really what the show is all about Brilliant
This is exactly why woke media is going down the pan and costing companies like Disney(who ironically bought into Doctor Who recently) , hundreds of millions of dollars from failed movie projects.
The bad news is that since the BBC doesn't have to worry about making money through producing commerically popular programmes, they can keep plopping out woke turds. The good news is that increasingly large amounts of people are fed up with the insertion of agenda into everything the BBC produce these days that they are dropping the license in droves and the BBC is seeing its funding dry up that way.
It's just sad that since anything new with a woke angle just won't fly, they have to resort to taking once-beloved shows/properties and subverting them. Time was I'd be excited when I saw that an old show, book, comic or film was getting a new modern version but now I just dread what is going to be done with it.

Is this what right wing virtue signalling looks like? Woke this, woke that and woke the other. If you want prime "woke" left wing Dr Who go back to the 80's when the writers have proudly admitted their scripts were explicetly anti Thatcherite. This is exactly why woke media is going down the pan and costing companies like Disney(who ironically bought into Doctor Who recently) , hundreds of millions of dollars from failed movie projects.
