1st episode - loved it, my god it was action packed
2nd episode - great, not as busy but still good
3rd episode - staling a bit but still worth a watch

I think the sheer pace and action of the first one raised that bar that high that it couldn't be followed every week otherwise there would be no one left in Fargo.

A nice wee series so far though, I wish I hadn't heard of it though until it was done. this is the kind of series you could kill in a weekend just by watching episodes back to back.

I am enjoying this but as someone said; I'd burn through it in a weekend if I could, its a little slow to be doing week by week. I do like it though, its got....something.

I am becoming slightly aware that a large part of it it based on just how dim everyone is. Even the clever ones are only made to look that way by everyone else being one rung above brain dead. I do wonder if I lived in that town I'd be Major, and Sheriff, and Rich Successful Business Owner, and.....I'm sure I'm not really that intelligent but I'd be a king in that place. Has anyone been to that area of the US, and are they really that daft?

I would say they were more simple than daft and I don't think it is indicative of that particular area.

I do think that the really clever ones leave rather than rise to positions of power.

I have a theory.

Marvo is actually there to kill the Supermarket "king" guy. And the blackmail note is just a happy coincidence for him to play/torment the guy for a while first

Also "You're making a mistake" is a line of genius.

I've just checked this on the google to make sure I wasn't seeing things, and I'm spoiler tagging this for a reason, in Stavros the supermarket king's house, there is a framed picture on display of a red ice scraper wink . Very interesting...

Billy Bob absolutely makes this show. The lady deputy and those two henchmen aren't bad either. Not keen on Martin Freeman in his role at all.

Tom Hanks' lad is usually quite good, but doesn't seem up to much in this.

I don't get the idea of tying this in with the film; apart from the general location there is nothing that really links the two.
Having watched Ep 4 I stand corrected.

I had misgivings about making this as a TV series but it is outstanding so far.

Good one tonight. The 'make me an offer' gun shop at the beginning was great hehe , and Billy Bob was on form again. Finally the police chief gets on side with what Molly has been doing, took long enough!
