Gary is such a plank, "Let's walk the store", "Let's create a journey" - what a load of ste. I worked in a supermarket when I was in uni, you wouldn't believe how seriously these supermarket middle managers take themselves, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

The teams are totally failing to understand this task - sell it cheap, sell loads of it and acquire more stock, instead of selling less by trying to stretch the margin wider and losing sales volume in the process. They get this task wrong every single year.
