She's 24, selling loads of cakes (which look delicious), making a good income, saving up for a house; looks like she has a bright future to me. Good luck to her.
Is it worthy of the show though ? ie is it a model Shugs can leverage ?

I hardly think £37k profit when you have 2 people working at it is a 'good income'.

confused How strange. I am sure her boyfriend or her can spell so that seems most odd.

proof reading sounds easy but your brain is good at missing things blatantly obvious to others.

Well AS gave it away didn't he? I bet you looked it up.
Didn't need to, I know s*d all about business, so if I can see she's a no-hoper, I'm sure Shugs can!

Indeed and that's why in my company I always get our stand designs proofed by a couple of people not immediately involved.

...the sort of detail Shugs is looking for in his applicants.

But surely that has gone past at least 3 people (her, her partner and the printer) without anyone picking up on it!

Hmmm, so the boss of Amstrad has to choose a business partner between a person who churns out cheap plastic crap to sell all round the world, or somebody else.

I wonder who he'll choose?

I'm talking from experience, 4 people missed a proofing. More complicated than that but it does happen, not good thou, should have at least tippexed them.

These cake girls always seem to get into the final, but I can't recall him ever investing in one.

I dont think he has much choice.

Never going to make any real money in home made cakes.

Courtney could however come up with something that goes viral....

I wonder also if Courtney did good away from the cameras, for him to have got so far?
Maybe just camera shy, or just luck to have won so many tasks!

No, my guess is it's been edited so he looks more st than he actually is, so that it will be a greater surprise when he wins.

Well not for us PH-ers obviously, I'm talking about the average viewer.

In my experience printers are braindead drones who just print whatever you send them, you can't rely on them to pick up on mistakes and you can forget about them fixing any problems without wanting to charge you an arm and a leg for even the simplest of tasks.

They often don't even bother to check the final product that they've produced! Some of the st I've had delivered for a job is mind boggling.
