The first episode was good but is seems to me to have gone downhill since then, it's almost like a children's programme with its fire engine and tank facts. I would have loved to have seen more of his collection on it.
yes that was bloody dull, and the Ken Block / mail van bks was like watching a crap TG pieceI'm still watching this, but it's getting more and more "filler" per episode. The pre-title sequence shows us bits from every episode so far, so that's getting longer each time. And there's a bit at the end that recaps all the stuff we've just seen in this episode, and after every ad break they re-run the last minute or two. It's a decent enough show, but I watched this weeks in under half an hour.
Tonight's episode dealing with the supercars was excellent. The Lambo Miura and Countach, Ford GT40 and Ford Mustang. Christian Koenigsegg appeared and took Jay Leno on a guided tour of a brand new car. And not forgetting the Acura NSX which was designed by a fittie blonde.
It's a car show that makes me not miss Top Gear.

That crash in the wheelie car scared the st out of him
Last night? barrel-rolled in the Hemi? Props to him/the driver for getting out and joking, keeping the cameras rolling. I didn't think he was scared at all. Breath taken out of him but good natured enough to laugh. He immediately joked his name was the drivers name when asked.V8covin said:

I'm surprised it was back in action 3 weeks later.
Think I heard him say they re-shelled it.The driver's got some balls for an 80 yr old
Bob Riggle is a legend.
I was gutted I couldn't make the FoS the years that he wheelstanded Hemi-Under-Glass up the Goodwood Hill.
Can't beat the sound of a blown Hemi with zoomies
