Am I missing something ? Really did not understand Bruce's "joke" at the beginning about his identical twin and Daphne .....
No you're not missing something. All his jokes are soooooo corney, you can't help but not understand them.Anyone notice Craig's headpiece falling off at the end?
Brucie is a national treasure. And, as such, should be in a museum.
Edit:
For some reason my whole post didn't show up.
I don't wish anybody ill. I am happy for Brucie to retire gracefully like Ronnie Barker did. At least he knew when to quit. As they say, the secret of comedy is timing.

I just watched the final (after avoiding the results online as there is no coverage here in Aus), and I am really happy with the results. Caroline hit her straps just at the right time and was the deserving winner, Simon IMHO should be second and Frankie third. I would have like to have seen Pixie in Mark's spot in the final and a possible third overall if I was going to be honest though.
Caroline's charleston was the best dance of the series for me from an entertaining and technique factor and I thought it was better the first time she did it as she flirted with the audience and judges more in that routine, Simon's Tango was very good from a technical point of view.
I didn't know Caroline had a background in dance, but considering how it took her quite a few weeks to come on strong I don't think it gave her a huge head start, but no doubt she benefited from it as her dance memory kicked back in. Either way I could watch her dance all day, a fantastic all round girl.
Looking back at the footage of Wallace, I initially thought he was saying "utter crap" but now think he is saying "incredible". However I reckon he has a Jeckyl and Hyde persona to him, apparently he gave Aliona some grief. Speaking of which, Aliona looked good in the group routines, obviously married life is doing her well.
I think Caroline is putting out the IOIs to Pasha and would like to take it further, you can see that here, so Rachel had better look out:

I'll watch the Christmas special next weekend. Only 9 more months to go until the next series now...
