They will catch a load of scum, but either let them off, or fine them only £2.63, even though it's taken 15 policemen, 4 cars, and a helicopter over 3hrs to catch them.....

Interesting episode, notice the big cop at the end, with a very small hat on.

Either he couldn't get a bigger hat for his head, or he thought he was cool.

A good episode nevertheless.
