So, going through my old iTunes purchases, and I remember getting the pilot for free on iTunes, and I don't ever remember watching it. So before I barrel head forth into it, is it crap, good, worth getting the rest, or should I just delete it?

It was moderatley entertaining, the space shots looked good in HD. But it was cancelled after 1 season so I wouldn't bother

I thought it was a fantastic series. Proper, intelligent scifi.

So naturally it was canceled after its first season. Not even sure the last few episodes have been shown in the US yet.

Well, it seems decent, thus far. On the 2nd Parton the pilot, and it's certainly visually good. Think I'll stick with it, as I like the 'proper sci-fi' stuff.

Yea, there are a couple of blatant cheats like that in it laugh

At least they made an attempt to explain them instead of crossing their fingers and hoping nobody noticed

Reminds me a bit of 'Sunshine', to be honest, but without the sun.

bks... Posted in the wrong forum as well. I'll speak to a mod in a mo.

Anyway, got to episode 11 very early in the morning last night, and it is bloody good! Very intelligent, and no pew pew laser guns, or explosions. Very good. Why didn't they carry it on? Not enough pew pew lasers and explosions?

Yup - really enjoyed it and would like to kick the execs that dropped it square in the nuts for wasting our time. It really deserved a second season.

Still had these saved which explains the rest of the story;
