I like May, she seems like she has bigger balls than Cameron.
I was heartened to read that too.https://apple.news/AWxl3DWU8Qa-m_EHYpeqlWA

The whole "easter" thing is alot of cr@p. Cadburys are a private company and they could call it "happy chocolate ovoid shape day" if they want. Sooner we get rid of religeon the sooner we get rid of this crap excuse for news.
I put the Pope in the same basket as radical muslims. All need sectioned under the mental health act. Thats just me opinion though

Hardly making a stand or setting a precedent; she's not the first female politician to go without a headscarf. If May had balls, she'd stop selling arms to the regime and hold them to account for their human rights abuses, rather than deflecting attention by wittering on about chocolate eggs.https://apple.news/AWxl3DWU8Qa-m_EHYpeqlWA

I have to say I'm struggling to see what the CofE is getting so exercised about - I'm struggling to remember where chocolate eggs featured in the crucifixion.I put the Pope in the same basket as radical muslims. All need sectioned under the mental health act. Thats just me opinion though

Whilst I agree with the sentiment trying to ban something that has been ingrained in to many may prove a little tricky. Perhaps we could start with the tooth fairy and go from there. Actually the tooth fairy might be harder to get rid of as I do remember benefitting from him many moons ago. Religious deities seem to be less forthcoming. I have a suspicion that as time passes you will come to like her.
She publicly declared herself as a Remainer, but then she appointed Liam Fox, David Davis and Ian Duncan-Smith to her cabinet. It would appear that she was probably a Leaver all along.
I love all the brexiters on here claiming her as one of their own. She was completely against Brexit. There's no doubt about that at all. She publicly declared herself as a Remainer, but then she appointed Liam Fox, David Davis and Ian Duncan-Smith to her cabinet. It would appear that she was probably a Leaver all along.
I voted to leave and I'm under no illusion about her. She doesn't want to leave the EU. I'm not even convinced she's going to lead us to Brexit with any real conviction.

At least she's said she'll not participate in those daft US-style pre-election TV debates. Good for her.
Naturally she's now being criticised for not honouring that long-established tradition. Must be, what, all of 2 general elections we've had them for so far?
I assume that's said tongue in cheek? As you say it's yet another Americanism that's only recently been adopted here by the TV companies. Naturally she's now being criticised for not honouring that long-established tradition. Must be, what, all of 2 general elections we've had them for so far?
