Understood, though my point (concern) is that this newly introduced and less well-known factor, illustrating Cohen's less than stellar character only needs to sway one juror for Trump to wriggle out of this. Indisputable evidence aside - just one of them has a niggle of doubt and he walks.

The case was proven using other witnesses aiui - if Cohen's viewed by a Juror as a non-credible witness, he or she must disregard Cohen's evidence alone, but the case doesn't necessarily fall.

It's why I referenced the importance of the Judge's instructions to the Jury. We'll find out how it works in 'real life' in the not too distant future

Flags have 2 sides. It should always fly in the direction of travel on a plane, ie blue box nearest the nose.

Same on a uniform. If say it's worn on the arm, it should fly the same way as the person, so blue box towards the person's front.

Example on AF1. The flag is flying properly, not backwards...



It's not so obvious with the Union Jack/Flag, but we do the same.

It’s doing both as it goes up the river close to NY and down by NJ. I wanted to get my friends building in so took the photo when it was on that side of the river. When it comes over to me I only get plane and blue sky.


The skies above NYC are very regulated after 9/11 and a couple of other plane crashes in NYC. The skies above the rivers are absolute chaos and rely on pilots visually seeing each other. I’m amazed we don’t have more incidents.

I am in a Republican area of California and there is a Trump stand nearby. Back in 2016 and 2020 they were doing a roaring trade. This time? Nah, they arent even keeping the light on. Its barely open, there is no trade and even the cheap Chinese flags they try to sell (unironically of course) are fading in the sun.

Embarrassed? Lack of interest? Dont want to be associated with either one? Multitude of reasons, but yeah, very little support for either. I see more Ukrainian flags than anything else.
