Love the BBC's "fun fact list" about yellow cars...

BBC said:
Generations have played the yellow car game, where the first person to spot a yellow car and shout 'Yellow car' may gently hit whoever they choose.
Gently, my arse. hehe

The convoy is a beautiful thing to see. This isn't really about cars, it's about not letting an elderly man be bullied for being different to those around him, and a heartening thing to see him being defended.

Mr Maddox, who watched the convoy as it drove past his cottage, said he was "overwhelmed" by the show of support for his yellow car.
He must think the worlds gone mad. hehe I wish I was there to see the convoy.

One up against the ageists!

Miserable bds forcing him to buy a 'grey' car.

I hope he has a brilliant 'yellow' day.

Wonderful show of support. Congrats to all those involved.

When it was previously reported about the damage to his car it said it was keyed and a window broke.

Missed this the other day. Shows the damage the sods did.
Good on Vauxhall for naming their yellow after Mr Maddox.

Anyway, again, absolutely brilliant show by all those involved.
Restores your faith in humanity!

Cotswold Wildlife Park donated their space. Drivers were also given free entry to the park.

I posted in the events and meetings about this a while back to get some of you on board. However PH deemed it a charity event and removed my thread. Then ran a story about it.

The support has been phenomenal however.

This is becoming the norm for them, unfortunately.
