I don't normally think about it much at all when a celebrity dies, but as mentioned above Paul Walker really was Steve McQueen for our generation.

I was 21 when I watched the first Fast and Furious film in 2001 with my friends, and it really changed our lives, and made me determined to become the complete petrol head and car modifier I am today.

I have a model of the Supra on my desk at work still to this day after all these years.

Plus he was by all accounts a really nice, down to earth guy who loved cars, a dad, competed in Time Attack and raised heaps of cash through his charities.

A genuine loss
