But Guy Ritchie was invited ffs. Surely you can squeeze two former Prime Ministers - one of which actually WON an election on THREE occasions (unlike our current PM) - in there.
They're both proven to have ruined the country - they should both be shot for treason... oh, we can't do that because one of them made sure the death penalty was scrapped for treason - obviously knew what they were going to do.

If I had the opportunity, I'd strip them naked, give them both a thousand paper cuts, rub them with salt and then dip them in a vat of vinegar. Then I'd cut the rope.

Agree. A charge of treason would be appropriate.

Yes like the way you're thinking ,however this would suit Brown but I think a good public flogging done weekly would be more aproprate for bliar, it needs to be someting that realy knocks the smugness out of him ...

Oh dear, looks like we have one of Gordon Brown's "believers" here. There must be what, two members now?

Adolf Hitler won more elections than Guy Ritchie, so I'm struggling with that as a particularly relevant criterion.

One probably responsible for the iraq war and the other for screwing the economy, surely they're going to keep a low profile. Also blair is a non-dom isn't he?

I didnt realise he was there as in the news they reported Cameron and then mentioned former PM Tony B Liar so I naturally assumed that Gordoom had been snubbed (it seems the press at least did).

I hope neither of them get listed on the honours list

When I asked last year, his office claimed that he was still UK based for tax purposes . . . . . but we all now know that he may well be a UK tax payer, but almost all his earnings have mysteriously been written off as expenses

It was curious that Blair and Brown were snubbed for the Royal wedding last year yet Major was invited. That could be viewed by some as the Royal family having a political affiliation which obviously is extremely poor show.
Probably something to do with the fact that the wedding was intentionally kept as politician free as possible, and John Major was invited in his capacity as appointed guardian to Will, a position Major too up after Will's mother died....

The House of Commons must have snubbed him as well because he has only been there (ANY NUMBER UNDER 10) times since May, 2010.

Sitting with your thumb up your arse for ten years waiting for Blair to die so you can take over doesn't really count as being PM does it? You really need to have won an election as party leader before you can really be called PM.
